Quality & Hygiene
Good hygiene is vital for the health of your pigs. The quality of your liquid feed is analysed for homogeneity, viscosity, specific gravity and structure.
Quotation support
The process begins with establishing the right quotation. Various suppliers are contacted to find the right match. I then compare the quotations and select the most suitable supplier. I also assist during the negotiation phase with your supplier. Well begun is half done!
Start-up support
If you have bought a farm with a liquid feed installation, or have just completed a new build project, I can provide maximum support in the start-up phase so that the best performance is guaranteed from the start.
I can also provide intensive support during this start-up phase for two or three days on-site.

1. Liquid feed check
Do the annual liquid feed check!
There are many brands of liquid feeders available on the market.
Suppliers include Weda, Fancom, Kamplan, Big Dutchman, Meyer Lohne, Tewe, Schauer, Agmat, Howema, Datamix and Funki. All of these brands also offer a range of designs/versions.
This makes it difficult to expect your liquid feed specialist/nutritionist to be fully familiar with all these brands and be able to identify potential improvement points.
I have now performed more than 400 checks nationally and internationally. This has equipped me with the expertise and experience to identify which points in your installation can be improved to ultimately achieve a better performance from your pigs.
A liquid feed check examines numerous aspects in the assessment of the installation.
If any abnormalities are found, the improvement points will be discussed immediately. Your installer is often also informed about these improvements so they are aware of the situation on site.
